About Anchored Roots
Our Story
I've always had a love for flowers and plants. This interest sparked while working in the floral business for five years through college. Later on in life, while navigating life-altering illnesses with both of my parents, I found peace in caring for my indoor plants as well as my outdoor flower beds and garden in the warmer months. In some way, I think seeing the plants grow and thrive and my ability to propagate new plants gave me some sense of control and helped to "anchor" me in many uncertain times. I have always thought about how I could share my interest in plants with others, and I hope through the plants purchased from Anchored Roots, customers will find the same kind of joy I have!
Plant Care
While I do not by any means consider myself a plant "expert", I do know what has worked for me in caring for my plants. The plants I sell are ones I consider to be "low-maintenance". I water my plants once per week, depending on how warm or cool it is in my house. If it's cooler, sometimes I can wait a little longer. While I do not guaran

While I do not guarantee my plants, I will always try to help troubleshoot plant problems.
